1. What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, delivery address.
• Order details: items purchased, sizes, colours, fit notes.
• Custom design and appointment details you submit through “Make It Yours” or “Book the Atelier,” including inspiration images you choose to upload.
• Basic usage data (pages visited) to keep the site working well.

2. What we don’t collect

We never see or store your card or bank details, payment is handled directly by Paystack under their own security standards.

3. How we use your information

• To process and deliver your order.
• To respond to custom design requests and appointment bookings.
• To send order updates, receipts, and, where relevant, styling recommendations.
• To improve the site and our collections.

4. Your Style ID

If you take our style quiz, your answers are stored in a browser cookie on your device to personalise your “Your Udemé Edit” recommendations. This is not linked to your identity unless you also place an order, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

5. Sharing

We share only what’s necessary to fulfil your order: payment details with Paystack, and delivery details with our courier partners. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing shopudeme@gmail.com.
