Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of shopudemeatelier.com and any purchase made from Udemé Atelier Limited (“Udemé,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.

1. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

2. Ready-to-wear orders

Ready-to-wear items are made to standard sizing (see our Size Guide). Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or where fraud is suspected, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

3. Made-to-order and custom pieces

Pieces submitted through “Make It Yours” are custom-made to your specification. A quotation will be sent before any deposit or payment is requested, and production begins only once you confirm the quotation. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return except where faulty, see our Refund Policy.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Udemé does not store your card details. All payments must clear before an order is confirmed or production begins.

5. Appointments

Appointment requests made through “Book the Atelier” are provisional until confirmed by our team by email or phone. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, photography, and content on this site belong to Udemé Atelier Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

We aim for every piece to match its description and photography as closely as possible; slight variation in colour or fabric between batches can occur. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
