Shipping Policy

Delivery within Nigeria

Choose GIG Logistics or DHL Express at checkout. GIG delivery to Lagos and Abuja is free; other states carry a flat fee, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. DHL Express is priced by the actual weight of your order, so it’s only charged once your piece is made — we email you the exact DHL fee, with a secure payment link, before dispatch.

Processing time

Ready-to-wear orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces follow the timeline agreed in your quotation, and you can track progress via the status page linked in your confirmation email.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days in Lagos and Abuja, and 3–7 business days elsewhere in Nigeria, depending on location.

International delivery

We ship internationally via DHL Express. As with domestic DHL orders, the shipping fee is priced by weight and confirmed after your piece is made — you’ll pay for the item at checkout, and we’ll follow up with the DHL fee and a secure payment link before dispatch.
