Refund Policy

Ready-to-wear pieces

If a ready-to-wear piece doesn’t fit or isn’t right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Made-to-order and custom pieces

Because “Make It Yours” pieces are cut and made specifically to your chosen fabric, colour, and measurements, they are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, except where the piece is faulty or doesn’t match the confirmed quotation.

Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original Paystack payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected.
